1. Terms

By accessing this School and any of its websites (jaydoesjs.com, www.jaydoesjs.com, chapters.jaydoesjs.com, and jaydoesjs.teachable.com; later collectively referred to as "the School", and sometimes referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. By accessing this School, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this School.

2. Registration

If you register an account on our website (chapters.jaydoesjs.com or jaydoesjs.teachable.com), you agree to provide us with current, accurate, and complete information as may be prompted by any forms on our website. Furthermore, you agree to maintain the security of your password, and that you are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Purchases

You agree to pay for all materials that you purchase from the School, and that we may charge your credit card or other permitted payment methods through any of our payment processors for any material purchased. You are responsible for providing our payment processors with valid credit card or other permitted payment details.

4. Use License

All materials on our website are property of the School or are licensed to the School by third parties, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The School reserves all rights to the materials available on its website except for those granted in these Terms of Use.

Permission is granted to temporarily obtain one copy of any material you purchased on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

5. Time Limits

If a time limit is specified when you purchase a material from the School, you will only be able to access said material for the amount of time specified in the time limit. Each time limit is enforced starting from the date and time of purchase. After the time limit has elapsed, your license to the time-limited material will automatically terminate and you will lose access to said material.

Time limits cannot be paused, extended, or delayed.

Materials labelled "unlimited" do not have a time limit.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations

Materials appearing on the School's website may become unavailable at any time and for any amount of time. The School will take reasonable steps to ensure that you have access to all materials you purchased from it. The School cannot however guarantee that you will be able to access any of its materials at all times. The School shall not be liable if any of its materials become unavailable to you for any amount of time.

10. Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund for any material you purchase from the School subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • When requesting a refund, you must contact the School using the same email address you provided during checkout and you must specify which material you are asking a refund for. If such information is not provided, the School might request it from you in order to fulfill your request.
  • All transactions are handled in US dollars. The amount refunded will be in US dollars. You will not be refunded any potential difference between US dollars and your native currency that results from fluctuations in exchange rates. You will also not be refunded any potential foreign transaction fee, conversion fee, or any other fee charged by your bank, or any other party involved in the transaction.

The School reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or discontinue its website (or any part or material thereof) at any time with or without notice to you. The School will not be liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such rights.

14. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
